I love Escudo.  But I have been told by people in my club that the old production was superior to the new production.  I would love to hear from someone who has tried both, as to what the difference is between to two.

My cellared Escudo is from 2008, does that count as old production? The thing I can discern is a slightly sweeter smoke which is what you'd expect from aging.

Escudo: Best VaPer ever. I loved it back in the 60's and I love it today.
