do you workout?

Total curiosity question, but I'm guessing we're all over the map on this topic. Do you dedicate any time to working out (gym, hiking, whatever)? Inside? Outside? Nope, not important to me. 

Here's my answer. Dedicated is too strong a word for me. I run occasionally, but not even every week. Nothing else I do really counts as exercise. Okay, I do take the stairs to the fourth floor at work. Does that count? :)
