I'm not sure if it would even be a good idea to try to gather us in one room or area together, however I'm just going to throw this out there...

You all seem pretty interesting, and I'm always interested in meeting like minded people and obviously anyone willing to join a forum focused on one specific detail would feel the the same.  What if we tried to plan a gathering for next year (or the year after)? Sort of like a herf, actually it would be exactly like a herf just more pipe centric. 

Anyway, think it over and sound off if you would be interested. If we were to plan it far enough out, I'm sure the majority of us here could make it.

LoL! Good luck finding a common date and place. Your bet bet is a meet up at an established pipe show but even then it's difficult. The upcoming Vegas show is a good place to start. A 3 day event with lots of smoke friendly smoking areas. Sunday is slow and perfect for a meet up.

There is a group of us on another forum,all from the the same community,who have been doing this, but it's collapsed under other pressures of late. Pipe shows are probably the best bet.

I was at the NASPC show and didn't meet anyone from the forum except idbowman , but we knew each other before. I met him at the show and found out he was from NE  Ohio as well, we started the Cleveland Pipe Club , I would be interested in a meetup if it was close to here though.
