FDA Regs Are Now In Effect

Well the day has come for the FDA to begin to slowly implement their new deeming regulations. Although this will be done over several years some may notice them more than others. Post here if you notice them effecting any aspect of your pipe adventures.

The only think I have noticed is that many manufactors got some new lines out before 8/8. Pipesandcigars has many of them.

I agree with @pipeprofessor I think the primary thing was releasing tobacco blends before today.  From what others have been saying that was the major thing at this date was the restrictions and other things that must be done to release new blends

Have any of you tried any of the new blends yet? I tried some Cult Embassy today it is was fantastic!

And of course the legal battles are underway.

Here's hoping the battles last a long time, I don't know if it's coincidental but, Some of the Newminster blends I've enjoyed have disappeared from some suppliers.
