@RockyMountainBriar; Never was into Cheech & Chong. During the 60's & 70's, I was hauling overdose and bad trip dumb asses to the ER. That being said, I think Dog Poop smells better than "Barking Dog".
There is a good podcast, the episodes are long and intensely crammed with Jeremy Brett Holmes information. In a few of the episodes, I can't recall what ones they talk in some depth about his Peterson Churchwarden from the show. Apparently it was stolen from the set. Brett's brother was a life long pipe smoker and was irritated by all the press Brett got for his pipe smoking, Brett being a huge cigarette guy, NOT a pipe fan. I would love to know where that pipe ended up?!
@opipeman I did not catch much Cheech & Chong either. I just remember that Labrador part and another skit where they were in the squared ring wrestling the invisible man😂😂😂😂

Every January 6th. I celebrate Holmes' birthday with a bowl and some sort of English ale. Not much of a drinker so I tend to get a bottle with a cool label. And nine time out of ten it's almost too bitter to drink.
@ghostsofpompeii you should try a port instead of beer. Or to be more accurate to Holmes, go right for a good seven percent solution of cocaine. On second thought just stick with the alcohol.
I was at the local goodwill today, and it took everything in me to NOT buy these. All I could think of is "I need to put one on the mantle, and keep my tobacco in it."
@Zouave1864; I won't disagree, but Basil Rathbone is my sentimental favorite, perhaps because he was my first exposure on the big screen. I have all of both of their works on CD's.
