Have a Happy Kiseru Day, this September First. Apparently it's a little regarded event in Japan, except perhaps among kiseru smokers there.

I'm afraid I do NOT have one of these pipes myself, and I'm not so sure I'll eventually get one, as the chamber is so tiny.

I have a couple Kiseru pipes, but sadly the Kizami tobacco is a problem to get.  My cousin and her Japanese husband have not been back to Japan to visit in a few years.  They said they could grab some next time they go back for vacation/visit, but the dang “Rona” has screwed me.

Yesterday, I decided to smoke my kiseru. But I could not find it. Today, I remember putting it in a box pass. Any way, it was an interesting experiment. The pipe itself was cool. But the actual tobacco was "cigarette'ish"
