Does Sir Walter Raleigh Aromatic have a higher nicotine level? I seem to get a bit sick in the stomach after I smoke it, even after eating.

The nicotine level is moderate, somewhat light for a burley heavy blend.
Thank you, I just do not understand why I feel bad after smoking it. Otherwise I really like it.
