Hmm, I enjoy my Newminster Blends, including Blackberry Brandy. It’s not as Blackberry sweet as I would like, but I guess that is ok for most, not over-the-top flavoring. A couple of my favorite tobaccos are Newminster No.400 “Superior Navy Flake” and No.47 “Danish Black”.
BTW, Milan makes a black cavendish/vanilla blend Midnight (Aromatic) Pipe Tobacco Solid Black Cavendish as its name suggests. Midnight leaves an alluring vanilla aroma wherever it is smoked. Especially pleasant to those around you.

Several of us share your pain. Amongst vanilla blends, VBC was the MVP.
IMHO, the closest blend you can still purchase is Sutliff Vanilla Custard. Anyone else have a recommendation for @jhucks01?
You might also try Sutliff Black Vanilla, a Cavendish blend I have not tried.
