My First Cutty

I've been wanting a Cutty so after selling a couple of my personal pipes, I decided to commission one from artisan pipe carver Ron Powell (http://rdpipes.briar.club/).
Ignore the slight gap between shank and stem as I didn't have it pushed all the way in when I took the photo. Ron told me he has decided not to carve any more Cutty shaped pipes because he always has problems with this shape. It's a shame. It feels great in my hand and has perfect balance allowing it to sit on the foot.
This is my second Ron Powell pipe. I also have a blasted bent billiard from him.

That’s a beautiful pipe, @PappyJoe.
The Cutty's pictured on his website are what made me decide to commission one. He also had several pipes with the twist on the stem and some with a twisted shank. I'm hoping he changes his mind about not carving anymore Cuttys.
Started breaking it in yesterday and even the first bowl was a good smoke.
