I'm a bit disappointed with most of the sales this year so far. Don't get me wrong, every little bit helps for sure, but I was hoping most places would do at least 15%. I'll probably go with whichever site has most of my preferred blends available.

It is supported by the Comite International of Pipe Smokers Clubs (CIPC), an association of National Pipe Clubs to foster friendship among pipe smokers worldwide. On February 20, pipe smokers everywhere will "raise their pipes together to foster friendship, benevolence, and tranquility across all borders," according to United Pipe Clubs of America (UPCA). UPCA was formed in 2002 as a national federation of pipe clubs in the US and is the US member of CIPC.
UPCA's purpose is to promote the interests of American pipe smokers and collectors by encouraging and assisting in the formation of local pipe clubs and supporting their activities. Their broader goal is to present a positive image of pipes and to bring briar lovers together at a time when faced with relentless restrictions. UPCA is a national voice for the American pipe smoking community.
