FDA Overreach? ...Food For Thought

I think that many of us on this forum believe that the FDA has overreached in it's latest regulations, however many others in the general public do not. Mark Seigels blog post (see below) puts a different spin on it...I wonder how the general public would react if what he mentions in his spoof article actually happened.
