Saw them mentioned in a thread here, so tried to join,,,However, they won’t accept anyone with a Yahoo email.....
Never heard ot that before.....Oh, well, this forum is just fine for me!!!

That's strange. I bet there's some history with security or something with Yahoo emails.

It simply said they are not accepting members with a Yahoo email address.

@motie2,     I just went back to their site to double check,, read their rules, looked at their FAQ’s.  Nothing is said in any of those about Yahoo email..However when trying to register,, I got a message that they are not accepting members with Yahoo email address ‘s.   No explanation, no nothing,,,,, I don’t have any other email provider, so I guess I won’t join them....too bad.

@KenofShelby I think I can answer one of the reasons why you're having trouble. I can assure you it's not out of snobbery.

When I tried joining the CPS forums in 2013, I was put on a waiting list. It wasn't until I emailed an admin that I was let into the forum. The admin apologized for the difficulty, and explained that in the past, they had lots of trouble with spam accounts bogging down the forum. It was so bad, that for a period of time, they didn't even have the ability to register to the forum until they could figure out a solution.

The CPS guys are nice and welcoming, and even though I don't post on there now, it's not because I'm unhappy with them. You might want to set up a Gmail account and see if that helps in signing up.

I left a PM to one of the Admins of CPS, concerning this thread. FYI, you will find far more tomfoolery than snobbery over there.

I mis-wrote my comment... I meant it is hard to be a pipesmoking Christian.  And try to get into their forum... I am a Christain, attend a wonderful Non denom bible Chapel, married to a devote Christain, and do my best to live like Jesus wants us to.   I don’t think Christianity really asks that much,,,,,It’s pretty easy,   
Just my opinion.
