New help again with name.

Awhile ago someone helped me change my name to ‘KenofShelby’ and it worked for awhile,,,now it’s back to the incorrect name...Sorry I can’t remember who helped me,,, I think it was a lady.    I can’t fine the olde thread where she helped.
