Probably a generic basket pipe from The Tinder Box. Just kidding ... don't have any idea ... just hate seeing someone post a message and get no response at all. .

Thanks for not leaving me hanging, @ghostsofpompeii.  I like the ‘chubby’ stem. Was thinking it might be a Peterson billiard.

@jfreedy Looks can be deceiving, but Dunhill made several pipes with a similar stem design... Only guessing...

We mostly used Stanwell pipes in the photo shoot for the site. But I suspect the one in that photo is from an Italian manufacturer called Gardesana. They always bring me samples at trade shows so I probably had some laying around.

It brings up another point though. We built TPL  to create a community and hopefully raise the ocean of pipe smokers.

And we're very upfront about the fact that STG created and maintains the site. But we also made a very conscious decision not to attempt to push our brands. 

One example: Below is the original of the photo that you see on the home page. You'll notice that all those Stanwell logos (STG owns the brand) were ultimately brushed out.

Thanks @Leonard for clearing that up. It is a noble act to try to be as neutral as possible concerning pipes and their brands so as not to be accused of promoting any manufacturer. You should also be commended for replying to a query that, for all practical purposes, you could have just not responded and no one (except you) would have been the wiser.

So thank you again for taking the time to enlighten us old puffers...
