4noggins Bald Headed Teacher

Does anyone know what happened to 4noggins Bald Headed Teacher blend? It’s a great burley/latakia blend, but the 4noggins website no longer lists it as one of their house blends.

@Woodsman, @thewanderingdude, @PipeProfessor & @Woobie - I see that you all have smoked this blend in the past and posted it on TPL. Have you heard anything?

Bad news... I just talked with a guy at 4noggins. Looks like it was made primarily with McClelland tobaccos. That explains why it smelled so much like FM Cellar.  Soooo.... it’s gone!

The guy I talked with did say that 4noggins is having a 10% everything sale this coming Monday & Tuesday. So stock up next week at 4noggins.

@jfreedy sadly Bald Headed Teacher is no more. I also emailed 4noggins about BHT's return and was told that it was made up primarily of Mcclelland leaf. I have 8oz of BHT stashed away and when it is gone it will be sorely missed. However, the match blend of Barking Dog by Sutliff is very similar to BHT and worthy of a try.

@thewanderingdude -- Is THIS the blend you're talking about. I couldn't find a Sutliff "Barking Dog" blend.

@jfreedy Yes sir that is the blend. I think you will find it very similar to BHT.
