My Letter To Dutch Returned 'Undelivered'

Received the letter I sent Dutch almost a month ago from the post office as undelivered. Double checked the address and it was the same I used when sending him some tobacco he received. So although I'm hoping for the best ... this doesn't bode well.

I agree @ghostsofpompeii Usually a move would result in a forwarding address. With simply a return to sender, it's not looking good. Thank you for your effort. 
Just a thought. Since you know his address, you might be able to do a search using his name and town/city. Hopefully it will NOT result in finding an obituary...

Sorry to hear the letter was returned @ghostsofpompeii , but thank you for taking the time to go out of your way to check up on him. Hoping for the best for Dutch, but it is concerning.

@Londy3 I think of him every time I smoke the pipe he gifted me - and wonder about his whereabouts. I hoping one day he'll pop-up out of the blue on the forum.

Just checked https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/local/alabama/athens/lastname/V for an obit. (Chris lived in Athens AL, I believe.)
