The Black Mallory Experiment

An intriguing occurrence has been happening for the last 3 days. I’ve only smoked Rattray’s Black Mallory in my Ewa Classic and it is the only tobacco in that pipe which hasn’t burned to the point of releasing any moisture during the session. It’s weird since that is the pipe I most frequently have to run a cleaner through while smoking.

Your cadence may have changed causing you to smoke slower with the combination of the tobacco being at the Goldilocks level for smoking.
