@PappyJoe I was watching a bunch of YouTube videos about pressing your own. I saw various methods and was just curious if anyone does press their own.

I really like crumble cakes. They hold moisture longer, and it seems like interesting flavor things happen. I thought about building a press by making a 5 sided box out of 3/4 plywood. Then I was going to use another piece of plywood and a c clamp to finish the device.

This is something I have never done on my own. I tinker with blends to better suit my taste at times. But looks interesting and can’t wait to try it
