@mustangii Awesome collection of pipes. It appears you've covered the bases with a nice variety. I know it's like asking which child is your favorite ... but of all the pipes in your collection which one is the pipe you reach for the most often?
@ghostsofpompeii , Mostly I smoke the cobs, I work as a Mechanic so if I break one, no big loss. Favorites are the Meerschaums and the Moonshine pipe co. and the couple Mike Hines pipes I have.
@mustangii, good collection indeed. One thing I always wondered though....in the McArthur cob, how the heck do you relight halfway down if needed? That's a pretty long way down and I know my trusty Zippo can't so it. Long wooden matches?
<<I know my trusty Zippo can't so [sic] it>> That's what they made butane pipe lighters for (-10 pts. -- ending a sentence with a preposition). The Lisne or almost any butane pipe lighter can to it w/o damage to the cob.
A modest collection for now. The Peterson was an extravagant purchase for me, so I’m really enjoying that. The Ozark MM Hardwood is probably my favorite pipe to smoke out of at the moment followed up by the Tom Sawyer corn cob MM.
@motie2 I’m itching to get that cobra by Andrew Wike and there is a Rossi Author I want from the Pipe Nook. Unfortunately, my bank account has me on a pauper’s budget for now. Spent my last free cash on a tin of Yorktown from C&D. Hahaha. I went on one of the links you sent me and saw some rad Albert Einstein carved Meerschaums.
@motie2 I picked up a nice looking estate Meerschaum yesterday while my SWMBO was standing next to me. Since I was also buying her a new 6-foot tall display case for her salt and pepper shaker for $100, she insisted I get the meerschaum for $40.

It's the watchful eye of SWMBO.
