A couple friends and I were cruising after church and decided to go have a smoke. I picked up some C&D tins and my friend Donny got a couple Acid Blue Remis to chill with. It was his birthday, so we had a good time lounging.

@ocpunk714 -- That's Awesome!!  I starting smoking a pipe around your age and have never regretted it. In fact, I have several guys from church coming to my house tomorrow evening to celebrate International Pipe Smoking Day. It's always fun to get together, smoke a bowl and have some great conversation.

Looks more like the cast of "Goodfellas". I completely agree with many of the responders ... it's really nice to see a younger crowd joining the pipe smoking community. Keep the legacy alive. Reminds me of my younger years when my buddies and I would get together before and after a CYO Meeting (Catholic Youth Organization). Collectively we looked like a congregation of 'Greasers' and 'Hippies' yet three of us held positions in our chapter as Vice-President, Treasurer, and Sargent At Arms.

@PappyJoe, very possible.  My neighbor is a film producer and he said they were looking for money.  He had contacted them about the type of "help" they needed.

I’m always weary about kickstarter and other donation sites for people who do music/book/movie projects. I’ve seen a lot of people get scammed by their favorite music artists.

Not to resercuracte an old Thread, but how often does the Royal Bucks Smoking club meet  @ocpunk714 .I’m going to be back a journey of SOCAL in the next couple of month and would like to attend your meetings if you would have me?

@Jayhawk422 it’s actually a pretty informal type of club. We all just kinda meet up when we can. @Kmhartle is a member even though he can’t be present with us. My atrium is the meeting spot for OC locals though. I’m sure whenever you’re here we can get @Oddjob27 to come hang. Have a lil TPL smoke sesh.

@Jayhawk422 Guess what? You’re a member now! Lol. Like I said, an informal type of club. Just remember to bring a favorite tin or two to smoke with us. Our dues are paid through the things we share.

Loving all the church goers! As a pastor, it warms my heart. I don't get home on Sunday until about 5pm - hazard of the job - but I usually immediately go out on my balcony and fire up a pipe. It helps me recover from the full body slam of people on a Sunday. I'm extroverted, but even I get worn out after a full day.
