McClelland Royal Cajun

Who has tried any of the McClelland Royal Cajun tobaccos? It seems like it would be tobacco perfection in theory. My three favorite things all combined: McClelland Virginias, dark firing, and Perique-style fermentation. They make three different blends using this new component, called Royal Cajun Dark, Ebony and Special.
If you have tried one, what is it like? If you have tried more than one, how do they compare? Thanks in advance.

Woobie, I asked this same question on another forum around 7 or 8 years ago. The consensus was, from those who had tried it, that they weren't impressed, and so I never got around to placing an order for any. It's like they killed my appetite, and I was all revved up and ready to try another stellar offering from McClelland.
Some of those old codgers have completely burned out their taste buds with Latakia and Scotch, so you just never know until you give each blend a try yourself.
McClelland tobaccos are some of my favorites, and I've never had one without thinking that there is an extra level of complexity and quality to the blend that many brands just don't attain.

I'd post the URL for reviews at P&C, but only three folks there have reviewed it.
