McClelland 40th anniversary

Ive been meaning to get a tin of 40th anniversary, i looked tonight just out of curiosity and every website i checked was sold out. I finally found some on tobaccopipes and promptly purchased a tin, is this blend going to be phased out because of the new year? thanks for any help yall

@TaylorJDutton- It will likely be around until the stock runs out.  It is a limited edition and like anything else, you may be able to purchase it later down the road from places like ebay but for a premium.   My suggestion is that if you have some and like it, you might want to purchase a few tins to cellar for later.

@TaylorJDutton, I think that the issue you are going to run into getting hold of this blend is that McClelland just announced big news in regards to Red Virginias, and their ability to continue to provide certain blends. Some shops may still have 40th, but a lot of places have had runs made on almost all of their McClelland tobaccos.

Thanks for the info guys, it should be here in a few days, so once i give it a shot I’ll know whether i need to stock up. I’m usually a fan of any Virginia blend i get to smoke, so I’m hoping this one holds true.
