Pilgrimage to the Squire...

made a sneak pilgrimage to The Country Squire (home of Country Squire Radio) yesterday. Sat and had a bowl, meet Caleb and Andrew. Also met one of the new TPL members but can’t remember his user name. Took a selfie with Caleb.

It's such a shame, that I roll right past The Squire twice a week on I-20, but both times it is around midnight. It looks like I may need to sabotage my tractor in order to get by there during business hours, but I will need to find a way to do it that cannot be detected. Trucking companies are funny about stuff like that.

PappyJoe, do you have the Country Squire blend you a special tobacco to your exacting standards? I watched one of their videos and they mentioned a latakia/aro being made for you. It sounded like "Senior Chief", but the words were mumbled.

@SteveNH. I have two blends. Senior Chief and Lighthouse Keeper. While they both have latakia, Senior Chief is the heavier of the two.
Senior Chief has yellow virginias, latakia, black cavendish, a nutty/maple burley and a little perique.
Lighthouse keeper is similar but has less latakia, more black cavendish and instead of a nutty/maple burley it has just a maple burley. 

Anyone wanting to try them can just order them from Jon David.

Thanks @PappyJoe, they sound wonderful. I like latakia and a mild aromatic blend - Bob's Chocolate Flake is my favorite. I may give these a try. I don't think they are on the website, so I'll give them a call.
