Off to the brewery...

Tomorrow I am heading off to a brewery in Woodstock where I was ask to set up a table and show my craft at a pipe club meeting and I am hoping to off load a few. I am very excited to go and meet some fellow pipe smokers and enjoy some great conversation and hopefully make some new friends. This is what I have to box up and show. Wish me luck.

@Corey562 The entire collection is magnificent. I wish you a lot of luck and hope you make a boatload of sales. My favorite is still the pipe in the fifth row third one from the top with the white stem. That baby is real gem. Please let us know how you made out.

Well It did not go super well I was able to sell a couple. I did however meet some more pipe smokers so all in all it was a good trip. I did put some more on ebay to sell.

The experience is kinda like a band performing gratis at a benefit concert where the exposure gets their music heard for the first time, and if they're good enough word of mouth will get the audience coming back for more. And next time with cash in their hand to pay for the ticket, and possibly buy a CD. And speaking for someone who has seen your handy work at the site, that trip to the brewery, and showcasing your pipes in a public setting should have your name circulating as a maker of quality hand crafted pipes. If you handed out business cards or pamphlets with your website or ordering information, you can probably be expecting a few more sales in short order.

@ghostsofpompeii I did hand out business cards and the do hold a larger pipe meet in another town about 20 min from home so I think I will go and check it out to next month.
