Anything new on the Deeming Regulations?

Last time I checked, the FDA extended the deadline for the new Deeming Regulation revised timelines and premarket review applications to August 8, 2021.

The whole darned thing was a protection of Big Tobacco designed to make it appear that they were doing something for children.

I also hope it goes the way of the Dodo Bird and the dinosaur and simply dies a quiet death. But if for some reason it is upheld I hope they separate pipes from the actual tobacco products, otherwise some of our fine artisans will be stymied when trying to sell their handmade pipes. They need to separate the tobacco delivery system from the actual tobacco product. A pipe is not the actual product smoked. It a chunk of wood. Are they going to regulate pipe racks as well because they house the 'so called' hazardous to your health pipes?
