Munich and Amsterdam Tobacco Shops

I'm about to leave for Oktoberfest in Munich and also will visit Amsterdam.  I've identified a few tobacco shops in Munich that sell cubans and perhaps pipe tobacco, but no shops with lounges could be found.  Anyone know of any where you can sit down and enjoy a smoke and perhaps a drink?  Amsterdam seems to be slightly less strict as I've found a few shops with lounges that I will visit.  Any favorites out there that sell cubans, pipe tobacco, have a lounge and perhaps sell booze?  If so, I'm all ears.

October Fest! I was there in 64, have a great time. Amsterdam has smoking lounges for Weed too. Sniff the air before entering.

I was in Munich and Amsterdam while serving in the Army, I took advantage of being posted to Germany to travel as much as possible while there. Servicemen often have as much fun as humanly possible. Later I met my wife here in the US and we married in her home town in Ireland, we returned every year while my In Laws were alive. My wife bought me a Peterson Pipe for my birthday every time we were there, I bought the Waterford Crystal, Beleek China and Wedgewood Jasperware for hers.

@jim102864 When I was in Amsterdam I had a cigarette rolled from a tobacco "Javaanse Jongens that was one of the most flavorfull Virginia type smoke I've ever had. IMHO.

@Woodsman  I'll investigate the Javaanse Jongens you refer to.  I read the 15 things.  I won't be one of those idiot tourists who pees in a canal or stands in their bike paths, I promise. Now taking pictures of "the girls in the windows"....
