Funny you should say that: I found something called Sir Bananas in the milk case at the supermarket. Milk blended with bananas. I took one look and thought, "....mixed with black spiced rum." 

Yum. I'm doing a lot of mundane tasks while 'faced.

Military wisdom: never be first or last, never volunteer, never make noise, never call your senior NCO by their first name, and never, never laugh in ranks even though EVERYDAY something stupid is said at muster.

Just be a part of the crew. Everyone in the crew is considered an important entity that without them, would be considered a loss of performance for the entire crew. From top to bottom.

Point being, from the Masters to the Newcomers, everyone is an important member of this "crew".
