Just curious to see how many folks live in North Carolina on this forum?  Would be cool to organize a gathering of sorts if there are enough folks. So, where are ya from?

Actually, I think Smoking Pipes is in Longs, SC a short ways from Myrtle Beach. Smokers are welcome there. There's a big Pipeshow in that area as well.

@Woodsman, cool man. Thanks for the info, i didn't know. It's still amazing to me how I am like the only one here that has a pipe and the balls to smoke it. Many frown on just the thought of tobacco let alone seeing someone with a plume of smoke bellowing out of his pipe. Ugh. I did this 16 years ago with not much resistance. Oh how these times have changed.

@Londy3 -- I travel to Charlotte several times each year. I'll be there Oct 9-10 in fact. I'll tprobably grab a bowl at McCranie's sometime while in town. Do you ever shop there?

@jfreedy, don't get to Charlotte much. I'm in Chapel Hill so I think it's like 2.5hrs away. Never been. I will have to look it up. Maybe I should go to. I have friends by Lake Norman and I think there is one there too.
