Being a frequent customer of The Country Squire I noticed the menu has a certain type of tobacco called Middle Earth Tobacco. What exactly is that and what does it mean? Anyone'?

buflosab - it's a bunch of aromatic tobaccos they created and named after the Lord of the Rings books by Tolkien. Several tobacconist across the country has basically done the same with varying degrees of success. I've tried some of them and they are not bad blends.

I keep hearing that the C&D Frogmorton blends were named after a village mentioned in the books also.

I had some samples of "Gandalf" years ago, a light Aromatic that wasn't bad.
