Correlation between humidity and moisture content??

I smoke cigars so am good maintaining humidity levels at 70% in a humidor. No idea what the moisture content of stogies should be.

I'm smoking my way through dozens of samples to "educate" my pipe pallet. I like to place large orders to avoid shipping costs. Is there a proper humidity level to maintain in a large Tupperware container to keep one ounce samples in plastic bags at their proper moisture level?

Generally you want to keep your tobacco humidity around 12 to 14%, and around 15 to 18% for proper aging.
