Best blends for hot weather?

This probably overlaps with another thread, but does the hot weather make a difference in what blend you smoke? Heard JD Cole at Country Squire say that he is selling a lot of Latakia these days due to the heat, possibly because it smokes cool. Any ideas on this?

@mfresa I have two perfect blends for hot weather ... Panama Jack's Key Lime ... a very mild refreshing smoke. And Sutliff Frosty Mint ... the retrohale is so cool and it's like a blast of frigid artic air mixed with Vick's Vaporub and a York Peppermint Patty.
