Dating Estate Pipes

Are there resources out there to help with dating estate pipes? I have 3 Kaywoodies and a Yello-Bole that I'd like to know their exact manufacturing dates.

I don't know where to find it online anymore but my late friend Dennis Moore's The Kaywoodie Conpendium is IMO the Kaywoodie bible. It was originally published in The Pipe Smokers Ephemeris (my avatar). Dennis was a true Student of Pipes, a regular at shows and is missed.
It might be on the Way Back Machine on Mike Norton's Grey Fox pipe board.
