I'm not sure where you are in your pipe hobby journey, but next time you are near St. Charles, stop by John Dengler Tobacconist = 700 S. Main St., in Old St. Charles. He has a quaint little B&M there and is very knowledgeable. Also, there is a St. Louis Pipe Club. I have met a few of the guys at the annual St. Louis pipe show held every February. You can receive loads of hands-on learning from them. Because their meeting location is quite a distance from Granite City, I have never made their meetings, but you might want to check them out as well. Hope this helps...

Re: Do you remember these?
@RockyMountainBriar Now that I think about it, except for a go-cart, I've never driven so low to the ground.😬 (View Post) -
Re: Pipes Pipes and more Pipes...
@Montecristo If I bought one of those pipes for that amount of money, the wife would change all the locks on the doors!😬 (View Post) -
Re: What are you guys smoking right Now?
Tnx for the update @opipeman. Glad to hear you're heading in the right direction... Doing some Stokkebye 24 Nougat in that ugly meer I've been telling you guys about. I guess this pipe is a rare exam… (View Post) -
