@motie2 I also enjoy taking a gander at the P&C catalogs. They're a nice way to pass time while my laptop updates. As a lad, I'd pick up magazines and comics at the grocery store, but with our digital society, everything I like to read has mostly moved to online sites. The catalog is a great throwback to these memories of mine, and I'm glad they send them to us.

Anything by Regis McCafferty. I'm currently reading his novel 26 Days. It's about a pipe smoking inquiry agent named Joshua Pitt. Very nice victorian England story.

Here's a good one... The Haunted Bookshop by Christopher Morley. The 2 main characters are pipe smokers... lots of pipe smoking action in this suspenseful mystery novel!

Thanks for the recommendation @IsraelHands I love a good mystery, especially when pipe smoking is involved... I'll see if I can order it through our local library. They have a multi-library network system so my chances are good...
