I have a correspondent, a pipe smoker who is not involved in the internet pipe smoking community, who has opined that State Express, London Mixture was the finest tobacco blend ever tinned. Beyond a Google search and a quick visit to tobaccoreviews.com I had never heard of it. Have any of y'all encountered it? @PappyJoe ?
